This one-of-a-kind workshop will give you tools to transform challenges, realize your life's vision, and find freedom to respond authentically in every moment!

There will be two speakers leading a mindset workshop followed by a spin class to get your heart pumping.

Speaker 1: Lauren Schwab - Lauren will lead a discussion on the 9 Unplugged Steps she created to help people disconnect to reconnect to themselves by changing their morning and thus changing their life.

Speaker 2: Nate Forse - Nate will lead a goal setting workshop that will help you clarify your goals, understand your psychology, and create a clearly defined goal and unstoppable why.

SPEAKERS:
Lauren Schwab:
Lauren's goal is to ensure every person she comes into contact with leaves with a bigger smile on their face. Lauren has the tools to transform challenges, realize visions, and inspire others through her example. As well as help others find freedom of simply being themselves and responding authentically to each moment. Lauren is combing her passions for health, wellness and helping others to make an impact in this world. She believes in the journey, not the destination and hopes that many people will join her on the journey.

Nate Forse:
The driving “Forse” behind Forse Lifestyle Coaching of Los Angeles, CA. He played D1 college football at West Virginia University and then pursued his dream to play in the NFL by playing in the Arena Football League. He ultimately landed a job with the Chicago Rush and then made Chicago his home, bringing his unique training style, expertise, and knowledge to the Windy City. He recently moved to Los Angeles to fulfill his mission of empowering high achievers to uncover their true purpose and maximize their lives by mastering their bodies. He does this through boot camps, transformational events, online coaching programs, his podcast, and various other brand partnerships.

This one-of-a-kind workshop will give you tools to transform challenges, realize your life's vision, and find freedom to respond authentically in every moment!
